How do i make an order?
Fill out the request form above and we will send you our recommendations, you can order all the Mæxico you heart desires.
When you’ve placed the order, you’ll receive an e-mail and a call from one of our catering planners. If you have any other questions or want something special you can always call us at 35 86 16 16 or reach us at email@example.com.
What do i do, if the guest list has changed?
You can change your order up to two days before the event. This also applies if the party is completely cancelled. Our produce is always fresh and has a short shelf life, so once the food is delivered or picked up, it is not possible to refund you order.
How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice when your order is placed. The payment deadline will be within 48 hours before the event.
Where are the minor details?
We make a virtue out of complying yours and our expectations for the day, and therefore we don’t have any small prints in our contracts. We take the full responsibility, for all situations before we deliver the food and doing an event. But under unpredictable circumstances, force majeure applies, and the responsibility is not ours.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We always do our absolutely best, so that you and your guests going to have a wedding, christening or reception, right after your thoughts. If anything, is not as you thought it would be, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible, so that we can solve the problem before it’s too late.
